Job summary

RealWork’s Implementation Specialist role involves helping clients integrate their CRMs with the RealWork platform, including Zapier connections and direct integrations. You’ll troubleshoot issues, produce digital marketing content, and coordinate with Product & Engineering to resolve problems.

In this client-facing position, you will also maintain Salesforce records, support Customer Success, and help develop implementation best practices for an evolving product, with a startup vibe and

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Zapier to integrate client CRMs and RealWork platform.
• Familiarity with FSM software like Housecall Pro, Jobber, or CompanyCam is a plus.
• Understanding of SEO processes and how it impacts content.
• Knowledge of how web apps work, including security and session management.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in CRM integration (Zapier or direct) with RealWork.
• Run integration audits to ensure CRM-RealWork connectivity.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide feedback to customers.
• Create digital marketing content for clients.
• Coordinate with Product & Engineering to resolve integration issues.
• Maintain high-quality output with minimal rework.
• Update Salesforce records; support Customer Success.
