Job summary

Kingbee Vans is seeking a skilled Zoho Developer to own, optimize, and scale our Zoho Creator and Zoho CRM workflows. This hands-on role focuses on Creator and Deluge scripting while migrating HubSpot to Zoho CRM and ensuring seamless integration across teams.

You will build and maintain automations, data models, reporting, and dashboards, collaborating with Operations, Customer Service, Finance, and Sales to translate business needs into scalable Zoho solutions and reliable processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Zoho Developer with heavy focus on Zoho Creator and Deluge scripting, CRM Administrator, or similar role.
• Experience with APIs, data migrations, and system integrations.
• Proven ability to build custom workflows, automations, and integrations in Zoho Creator.
• Strong understanding of CRM best practices and data architecture.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Zoho Creator and Zoho CRM ecosystem, including customization, workflows, and ongoing optimization.
• Take responsibility for migrating HubSpot to Zoho CRM, ensuring alignment with business processes and data structure.
• Design and implement automations, integrations, and workflows to improve efficiency.
• Maintain and improve data integrity, reporting, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable Zoho Creator and Zoho CRM solutions.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support and enhancements.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive Zoho Creator and Zoho CRM adoption across teams.
• Manage integrations between Zoho Creator and Zoho CRM platforms and other internal/external tools.
