Job summary

RealWork, based in Austin, TX, is seeking an Implementation Specialist to join the Implementation Team. You will work with clients to integrate CRMs, run audits, troubleshoot issues, and deliver digital marketing content for our customers.

This client-facing role requires Zoom/phone calls, collaboration with Product & Engineering, and hands-on HTML/CSS work. Experience with Zapier and Salesforce is valued, along with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with Zapier and CRM integrations.
• Understanding of SEO processes and how they impact content.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and customer-facing experience.
• Experience with Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in establishing CRM integration with RealWork platform.
• Perform integration audits to ensure CRM-RealWork 연결 is functioning.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide feedback to customers.
• Produce digital marketing content for customers and maintain quality.
