Job summary

StorSuite is seeking a highly organized Zoho Specialist to own the Zoho platform end-to-end in the Austin, Texas area. You will design processes that route work, automate manual steps, keep data trustworthy, and train users daily.

You will collaborate with Sales and Marketing to translate requirements into Zoho configuration and support change management. The role blends build and administration, with meaningful greenfield work ahead.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years relevant experience.
• Exceptional proficiency in CRM software and Google Workspace.
• Experience with Zoho or another CRM to track and report on project metrics.
• Experience with Deluge or comparable scripting language.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure Zoho with custom fields, workflows, layouts, and pipelines.
• Automate processes using Deluge; integrate Zoho with third-party systems.
• Maintain data quality and CRM health, manage imports and deduplication.
• Create and maintain dashboards/reports for leadership.
• Provide user enablement and training; document configurations.
• Collaborate with Sales/Marketing; participate in weekly cadence.
