Job summary

Siemens is seeking an Area Service Manager to lead a 24/7 field service organization delivering critical power solutions across the US. This role manages ATS, paralleling switchgear, PLCs, SCADA, and related infrastructure, ensuring safe, reliable service for mission-critical customers.

You will coach Field Service Technicians, drive service delivery, and partner with sales and PMO to grow revenue while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience with electrical power systems, equipment, and power automation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across levels.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a 24/7 field service team to ensure uptime for critical power systems.
• Oversee commissioning, maintenance, repairs, and emergency response for ATS and switchgear.
• Manage scheduling, staffing, backlog, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with PMO and service sales on project execution and revenue growth.
