You will drive safety, quality, and responsiveness while organizing staffing, training, and customer engagement across diverse projects and locations. A strong background in power systems and field service leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field and leadership experience in field service.
• Experience leading technical service teams in customer-facing environments.
• Strong understanding of electrical power distribution and critical power infrastructure.
• Proven ability to drive operational performance using KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing Field Service team overseeing commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency service activities.
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and customer focus while delivering high-quality service.
• Plan staffing, scheduling, and capacity to meet customer demand and business goals.
• Develop training plans and competencies to close skills gaps and promote growth.
• Own customer relationships and act as primary escalation point for service issues.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Quality, and Sales to drive improvements and service opportunities.
