Siemens Mobility in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Senior Field Service Engineer to lead installation, testing, commissioning and troubleshooting of low- and medium-voltage power distribution equipment across North America. This highly technical role requires deep protection and control experience in industrial and utility environments and up to 80% travel.

You will develop test plans, conduct field commissioning, document results, and provide clear technical reporting to customers and internal teams

Qualifications

8+ years in low- and medium-voltage distribution and protection/controls.
Field-based commissioning and testing in industrial/utility environments.
Willingness to travel up to 80% nationwide and work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Install, test, commission, and startup LV/MV equipment at customer sites.
Develop and execute test plans for protection and control relay systems.
Perform field commissioning using relay testers and software tools.
Support protection systems from multiple manufacturers and provide safety guidance.
Document tests, results and conditions with clear technical reporting.
Contribute to warranty, maintenance, and retrofit projects across the U.S.
Collaborate with customers and Siemens teams to ensure quality and safety.
