Job summary

Russelectric, a Siemens business, is seeking Field Service Engineers to support critical power facilities in Ohio (Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati) with three openings. The role involves automatic transfer switch startups, warranty work, and on-site servicing.

On-call 24/7 with up to 80% travel; you will ensure safety and regulatory compliance. Qualified candidates will have 3+ years in field service engineering for power systems, strong reading of schematics, and excellent customer

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in field service engineering for power facilities (data centers, airports, etc.)
• Experience with automatic transfer switch testing
• Reading schematics/blueprints for power control and automation
• Knowledge of codes and industry standards
• Strong customer interactions and project delivery within budget & timeline
• Must have valid driver’s license and work authorization in the US

Responsibilities

• Lead startup, warranty, and remedial work on automatic transfer switches
• Provide field startups for standard and non-standard systems
• Ensure safety policies and regulatory compliance on all sites
• Manage client communications and expand project scope where appropriate
• Coordinate preventive maintenance contracts and onsite service activities
• Travel up to 80% to cover Ohio locations (Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati)
