Job summary

TFI Family Services in Parsons, KS is seeking a Crisis Specialist Supervisor to join our team as a full-time leader guiding Crisis Support Workers and coordinating services for children and families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in the human services field from an accredited university.
• Preferred two years’ experience in Child Welfare.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Crisis Support Workers Monday–Friday 1pm–10pm and on-call as needed.
• Promote the well-being of children and coordinate with other agencies involved in Permanency Services.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
