Elevance Health in the United States seeks a Crisis & Referral Specialist to screen, assess, and provide telephonic intervention for helpline callers, using established protocols.

This full-time remote role offers in-person training sessions, with alternating locations considered within commuting distance; includes HIPAA compliance and safety screenings.

Candidates with a BS/BA in mental health and two years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Competenze

• BS/BA in a mental health or other human services field is preferred.
• Two years of direct experience with individuals needing behavioral health services is preferred.
• Strong communication and crisis intervention skills required.

Mansioni

• Screen, assess, train, and provide telephonic intervention/de-escalation using established protocols.
• Conduct safety screenings and assess risk to self or others.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and applicable regulations.
