Centerstone is seeking a remote Crisis Intervention Specialist to support the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline (988) via chat/text and phone, delivering brief clinical screenings, risk assessments, and appropriate service linkage.

This full-time role requires a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Social Work, or related field, or a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist, with 6 months to 1 year crisis experience and ongoing supervision and training.

Qualifikationen

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience delivering crisis intervention and referrals.
• Knowledge of suicide risk assessments and safety planning.

Aufgaben

• Provides telephonic or chat clinical screenings and risk assessments.
• Answers crisis contacts via chat/text to assess suicide risk and link to resources.
• Conducts follow-up calls for moderate to high risk individuals.
• Maintains ethical and clinical standards; participates in supervision and meetings.
• Assist in administrative tasks as needed.
