Qualifications

• 2–3 years of Collections/Accounts Receivable experience.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Oracle, ManMan, GetPaid systems.

Responsibilities

• Collect on delinquent accounts using standard procedures and follow-up processes.
• Prioritize accounts to reduce past-due balances.
• Communicate with customers via phone and email to resolve issues.
• Research, collaborate, and document to resolve customer disputes; escalate unresolved accounts.
