Allegion is seeking a Collections Administrator in the United States to manage collection processes, resolve outstanding payments, and maintain accurate customer records. The role involves handling correspondence, updating records, and escalating overdue accounts as needed to support cash flow.

Remote work is offered with occasional on-site visits. The candidate will follow SOX guidelines, coordinate with finance, and verify payment status before lien-related actions, requiring strong attention

Responsabilidades

• Review and action incoming correspondence related to collections and customer accounts.
• Process returned mail and update customer account information, including email addresses.
• Maintain and update account blocks in ERP with proper documentation in accordance of SOX guidelines to ensure accurate tracking of account statuses.
• Review overdue accounts flagged for escalation to third-party collection agencies to ensure adherence to Allegion credit policy
• Prepare legal letters (notice of default) to customers prior to escalation to collection agency
• Examine customer records to ensure non-payment status before account escalation
• Upload account records into 3rd party agency portal for placement
• Examine customer accounts on case-by-case basis to ensure projects have been completed and paid for before signing lien waivers in accordance with company policies.
• Communicate status of lien
