Job summary

Treantly, LLC is seeking a Credit Analyst with experience in credit analysis, underwriting, and customer service to support our client's growing credit operations. You will review credit applications, assess financial information, coordinate the credit process, and provide clear, timely support to customers.

Responsibilities include conducting credit checks, evaluating creditworthiness, monitoring the system, handling documentation and compliance, managing inquiries, and supporting risk

Qualifications

• Strong data entry and administrative skills
• Auditing and account review experience

• Phone handling experience

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting credit checks and evaluating applicants' creditworthiness based on established criteria.
• Monitor the application system to track credit requests and ensure timely processing.
• Act as a credit administrator, handling documentation, approvals, and compliance requirements.
• Manage the customer service inbox, responding to inquiries related to credit applications and processes.
• Oversee and manage the entire credit process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in approvals and risk assessments.
• Assess and evaluate financial documents, credit reports, and risk factors to determine credit limits and terms.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns, explaining credit decisions, and assisting with credit-related queries.
