SanMar-Internal is seeking a Credit Analyst to manage credit applications, review credit files, and work with customers and internal teams to determine credit terms that support sales growth while controlling risk. The role involves collecting financial information, negotiating options, and maintaining accurate customer records.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of related credit or accounts receivable experience or equivalent education.
• Experience in risk management and decision making.
• High level of competency with computer and software applications.

Responsibilities

• Review credit applications, pull credit reports, request trade references and financials to make credit decisions.
• Review existing customer credit files to promote sales growth while managing risk.
• Communicate with customers to learn about their business and negotiate credit options.
• Collaborate with internal teams, sharing results of credit reviews and guidance.
• Review custom orders to determine deposits and terms, and maintain logs.
• Monitor and report on specific customers and segments.
• Maintain customer account information in databases.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all policies and standards.
