Job summary

Anansys Staffing LLC in Teaneck, NJ is seeking a Credit Analyst to support the Lending team by analyzing financial data, loan documentation, and borrower risk profiles. You will report to the Chief Lending Officer and help ensure credit decisions are informed, compliant, and aligned with the bank's standards, with CRE clients as a secondary contact.

You are detail-oriented, analytical, and organized, with strong Excel skills and the ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and clients.

Qualifications

• Analyze financial data, leases, appraisals, and reports to assess creditworthiness.
• Prepare credit analysis packages and loan requests for loan committee.
• Review CRE loan documentation throughout the lifecycle, including annual reviews.
• Interpret financial statements and credit reports to inform decisions.
• Maintain compliance with lending policies and BSA/CIP procedures.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and interpret credit information and supporting documents.
• Prepare and present loan requests for Internal Loan Committee review.
• Monitor CRE loan documentation from inception through annual reviews.
• Assign and update credit risk ratings and track statements.
• Explain loan terms and collect necessary financial information from clients.
