Job summary

Meriton is seeking a seasoned Credit Analyst to join our Shared Services team in Irving, TX. You will perform complex financial analysis, manage high-risk accounts, and oversee credit risk management across multiple business units, advising on terms and ensuring data integrity in Dynamics 365.

You will mentor peers, develop analytics, and present portfolio insights to leadership while supporting SOX compliance and process improvements within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in credit analysis or related finance role.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial statements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365, F&O, Excel (pivot tables, vlookups), and Outlook.
• Experience with SOX compliance, audits, and process improvement projects.
• Strong understanding of multi-entity exposure and risk reporting.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve credit applications within delegated authority limits.
• Conduct in-depth financial statement analysis, risk scoring, and exposure aggregation across multiple entities.
• Recommend credit terms and limits for high-value or high-risk accounts.
• Ensure credit limit reviews are completed every 6–12 months or upon trigger events.
• Support legal and management teams in escalated credit or lien issues.
• Analyze A/R aging and DSO performance; identify exposure concentrations.
• Track and report portfolio-level credit KPIs in Power BI and Excel dashboards.
• Perform root cause analysis of delinquencies or credit losses.
• Oversee compliance with SOX and audit standards for documentation accuracy.
