Job summary

Truist is seeking Wholesale Credit Delivery Associates and Analysts to support credit analysis, risk assessment, and credit structure recommendations for Commercial Banking and related units. You will coordinate with senior leaders, mentor junior teammates, and ensure adherence to credit policy while delivering insightful evaluations from diverse sources.

You will own projects over time and interact with clients with increasing independence.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Two years of related financial services work experience.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Competitive drive and high work ethic, self-starter, team-oriented.
Solid leadership and interpersonal skills.
High level of adaptability and flexibility with strong organizational and time management skills.
Some understanding of business.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Conducts industry, market and company research to source prospect names and refine prospect lists.
Develops project materials including industry and market information.
Generates customized sales or project content for internal and external use.
Tracks calling and marketing efforts to clients and prospects and reinforces CRM usage.
Builds foundational understanding of market, credit, and products and enhances relationship management.
