Job summary

Talkspace is seeking an experienced Credentialing Manager to lead the Credentialing (Clinical Quality Operations) team. You will optimize credentialing workflows, mentor interns, and coordinate with CVOs to ensure accurate, timely credentialing decisions.

This remote role supports the credentialing program, with a focus on operational efficiency, reporting, and collaboration with enterprise clients across the provider network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years in credentialing or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of credentialing staff and supervise performance.
• Approve timesheets and mentor team members.
• Streamline credentialing processes and report on KPIs.
• Prepare credentialing packets for committees and coordinate with CVO.
• Oversee re-credentialing and ensure timely cycles.
• Conduct audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
