Job summary

Talkspace is seeking an experienced Credentialing Specialist to join the Credentialing (Clinical Quality Operations) team to support day-to-day credentialing operations, collaborating with the Credentialing Manager and preparing for the Credentialing Committee.

This remote role works 9a-6p local time, Monday–Friday. The hourly rate is $25.96/hr ($54,000). Benefits include comprehensive medical/dental/vision, 401k with matching, Wellness stipend, Flexible PTO, and remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of professional work experience in a highly communicative role.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft or like applications.
• Proficiency with G-Suite or like applications.
• Credentialing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily credentialing functions and review completed files.
• Monitor provider status and communicate updates with CVOs.
• Enter and verify provider data (NPI/CAQH) for accurate records.
• Correspond with providers via Zendesk.
• Coordinate with CVO and providers to ensure timely credentialing documentation in Fountain.
