Job summary

Sutherland is seeking a Credentialing Supervisor to support a growing healthcare program. You will oversee credentialing quality, compliance, and provider satisfaction while leading a team of credentialing specialists.

Responsibilities include monitoring workflows, reporting delays, implementing corrective actions, and communicating with providers, payers, and stakeholders to resolve issues. You will drive staff development and process improvements to enhance outcomes.

Qualifications

• Certification CPC/COC/CCS/CCS-P and 6-7 years of medical coding/credentialing.
• At least 2 years in a leadership role with strong analytical and MS Office skills.
