Job summary

Navista is seeking a Coordinator, Managed Care, Credentialing to ensure active credentialing/enrollment status with contracted payors for all groups and providers. The role manages licensure and hospital privileging processes and requires accuracy, timely updates, and collaboration with the Credentialing Supervisor.

The position supports multiple sites and remote coordination, with emphasis on compliance, training, and process improvements within the credentialing workflow.

Qualifications

• 3+ years credentialing or payer enrollment in managed care or provider setting.
• Familiar with credentialing databases and payer environments.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Flexible schedule, including overtime/weekends as needed.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Document and track credentialing/enrollment and re-credentialing activities.
• Monitor licenses and certifications for compliance within regions.
• Participate in training and adopt updated workflows.
• Coordinate provider enrollment for all groups and providers.
• Ensure licenses and certifications are accurate and in good standing.
• Prepare forms to obtain hospital privileges as necessary.
• Meet deadlines and report progress to supervisor.
