Cardinal Health is seeking a Coordinator, Managed Care, Credentialing to ensure active credentialing/enrollment with all contracted payors for all groups and providers. You will also ensure licensure is updated and active.

In this role, you will document and track credentialing activities, monitor licenses, participate in trainings, coordinate provider enrollment, and maintain timely reporting. The position offers a remote-friendly, country-wide schedule with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of credentialing or payer enrollment experience in a managed care or provider setting.
• Knowledge of the payer environment and payer issues.
• Flexible schedule including overtime and weekends.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with Excel and Word.
• Credentialing database experience (IntelliCred, E-Vips, Vistar, Cactus, Symed) preferred

Responsabilités

• Document and track credentialing/enrollment, re-credentialing, and hospital privileging activities within the credentialing platform.
• Maintain licenses and certifications to ensure compliance within all regions.
• Participate in training sessions and adoptions of updated processes within established timeframes.
• Coordinate provider enrollment activities for all groups and providers.
• Ensure all licenses and certifications are current and in good standing at all times.
• Complete forms and documents required to obtain hospital privileges for physicians as necessary.
• Meet deadlines for processing and reporting.
• Meet regularly with Credentialing Supervisor and other team members to provide updates on progress and status.
• Performs any other functions as required by management.
