Cardinal Health, in collaboration with Navista, seeks a Coordinator for Managed Care Credentialing to manage active credentialing/enrollment status across contracted payors for all groups and providers. The role ensures licensure updates, supports training, and handles enrollment activities with accuracy and timeliness.

Key duties include maintaining licenses, coordinating enrollments, and ensuring all credentials are current.

Qualifications

• 3+ years credentialing or payer enrollment in managed care or provider setting.
• Knowledge of payer environment and issues.
• Flexible schedule including overtime and weekends.
• Excel and Word proficiency.
• Healthcare degree or commensurate experience preferred.
• Experience with credentialing databases is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Document and track credentialing/enrollment, re-credentialing, and hospital privileging activities.
• Maintain licenses and certifications in the credentialing platform to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Attend trainings and adapt to new workflows and processes.
• Coordinate provider enrollment activities for all groups and providers.
• Ensure licenses/certifications are accurate and active.
• Prepare forms for hospital privileges as required.
• Meet deadlines and provide progress updates to supervisor.
