Job summary

Navista, part of the Cardinal Health network, seeks a Coordinator, Managed Care, Credentialing to ensure active credentialing/enrollment with contracted payors and up-to-date licensure for all providers. You will document, track, and coordinate enrollment activities, monitor licenses, and support training on new workflows.

You will collaborate with the Credentialing Supervisor and team to meet deadlines, maintain compliance, and uphold quality standards across groups and providers.

Qualifications

• At least three (3) years of credentialing or payer enrollment experience in a managed care or provider setting.
• Knowledge of the payer environment and payer issues.
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends as needed.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with Excel and Word documents.
• College degree or commensurate healthcare experience preferred.
• Credentialing database experience such as IntelliCred, E-Vips, Vistar, Cactus, or Symed preferred.

Responsibilities

• Document and track credentialing/enrollment, re-credentialing and hospital privileging.
• Maintain licenses and certifications to ensure compliance across regions.
• Participate in trainings and new system workflows.
• Coordinate provider enrollment activities for groups and providers.
• Ensure licenses and certifications are current and valid.
• Prepare forms and documents to obtain hospital privileges when needed.
• Meet deadlines for processing and reporting.
• Update supervisor on credentialing progress and status.
• Perform additional duties as required by management.
