Job summary

Navista is seeking a Coordinator, Managed Care, Credentialing to ensure active credentialing and enrollment with contracted payors across all groups and providers. The role includes license management, reporting, and coordinating enrollment for multiple sites.

Responsibilities emphasize process tracking, timely credentialing actions, and collaboration with the Credentialing Supervisor to maintain compliance and readiness for hospital privileges where needed.

Qualifications

• At least three (3) years of credentialing or payer enrollment experience in a managed care or provider setting.
• Specific knowledge of the payer environment and payer issues.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Document and track credentialing/enrollment, re-credentialing, and hospital privileging activities.
• Maintain and monitor licenses and certifications in the credentialing platform to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate provider enrollment for all groups and providers.
• Ensure licenses and certifications are accurate and in good standing at all times.
• Prepare forms to obtain hospital privileges for physicians as needed.
• Meet timelines for processing and reporting deadlines.
