Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Coordinator of Managed Care, Credentialing to ensure active credentialing/enrollment status with contracted payors for all groups and providers. The role manages licensure updates and compliance across regions, coordinating enrollments and maintaining accurate records.

The position supports training, process updates, and collaboration with the Credentialing Supervisor to meet deadlines and drive accurate credentialing outcomes.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years credentialing or payer enrollment experience in managed care or provider setting.
• Familiar with credentialing databases and payer environments.
• Flexible schedule including overtime and weekends as needed.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Document and track credentialing/enrollment and hospital privileging activities.
• Maintain licenses and certifications to ensure compliance across regions.
• Participate in training and adopt updated workflows and processes.
• Coordinate provider enrollment for all groups and providers.
• Ensure licenses and certifications are accurate and in good standing.
• Prepare forms and documents for hospital privileges as needed.
• Meet deadlines and provide status updates to management.
• Collaborate with supervisor and team on credentialing matters.
