Cardinal Health is seeking a Coordinator, Managed Care, Credentialing to ensure active credentialing with contracted payors and to keep licensure current for all providers. The role supports enrollment, hospital privileges, and timely reporting across regions.

The position requires credentialing experience, proficiency with credentialing databases, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime and weekends.

Competenze

• Three+ years credentialing or payer enrollment experience in a managed care or provider setting.
• Experience using credentialing databases preferred (IntelliCred, E-Vips, Vistar, Cactus, Symed).
• Knowledge of the payer environment and payer issues.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including overtime and weekends.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and Word; healthcare experience preferred.
• College degree or commensurate working experience in healthcare preferred.

Mansioni

• Document and track credentialing/enrollment, re-credentialing, and hospital privileging activities.
• Maintain licenses and certifications in the credentialing platform to ensure compliance.
• Participate in trainings and adapt to updated workflows and processes.
• Coordinate provider enrollment activities for all groups and providers.
• Ensure facility and provider licenses and certifications are accurate and in good standing.
• Prepare forms and documents for hospital privileges when needed.
• Meet deadlines for processing and reporting.
• Regularly update Credentialing Supervisor on progress and status.
• Perform other duties as required by management.
