Job summary

Cardinal Health seeks a Coordinator for Managed Care Credentialing to maintain active credentialing and enrollment status for all contracted payors across regions. Responsibilities include licensure tracking, enrollment coordination, and ensuring compliance with credentialing requirements.

The role requires three+ years in credentialing or payer enrollment within managed care or provider settings, strong Excel/Word skills, and flexibility to work across schedules to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• At least three (3) years of credentialing or payer enrollment experience in a managed care or provider setting.
• Knowledge of the payer environment and payer issues.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (including overtime, weekends).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with Excel and Word.
• College degree or commensurate healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Document and track all credentialing/enrollment, re-credentialing, and hospital privileging activities.
• Maintain and monitor licenses and certifications to ensure compliance across regions.
• Coordinate provider enrollment activities for all groups and providers.
• Ensure licenses and certifications are accurate and in good standing.
• Prepare forms and documents for hospital privileges as needed.
• Meet deadlines and update supervisors regularly.
• Assist with training and new workflows as needed.
