Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Coordinator, Managed Care, Credentialing to ensure active credentialing/enrollment with all contracted payors for all groups and providers. The role also ensures licensure is updated and active across regions.

You will document and track credentialing activities, maintain licenses, participate in trainings, coordinate provider enrollment, and meet reporting deadlines. A three‑year credentialing background, Excel proficiency, and flexibility are preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of credentialing or payer enrollment experience in managed care.
• Knowledge of payer environment and payer issues.
• Flexible schedule including overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Document and track credentialing/enrollment, re-credentialing, and hospital privileging.
• Maintain licenses and certifications in credentialing platform across regions.
• Participate in trainings and adopt updated processes within deadlines.
• Coordinate provider enrollment for groups and providers.
• Ensure licenses/certifications are accurate and in good standing.
• Prepare forms to obtain hospital privileges as needed.
• Meet reporting deadlines and provide progress updates with team.
