Job summary

Ensign Services, Inc. is seeking a Credentialing and Support Specialist for the Managed Care Team.

This full-time, remote role handles credentialing and re-credentialing across locations, coordinating with Legal, HR, Compliance, and health plan partners to ensure timely processing. You will maintain credentialing databases, support contract activities, and provide administrative assistance while upholding strict confidentiality and high professional standards in a fast-paced, multi-market

Qualifications

• Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple markets and facilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and professionalism.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in MS Office and PDF editing; comfortable learning new software.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with credentialing policies and regulations for initial and re-credentialing.
• Coordinate with Legal, HR, and Compliance to verify information.
• Maintain credentialing documentation and state licenses, CLlAs, COIs, surveys.
• Manage credentialing database and file contract information.
• Provide administrative support and assist with special projects for the Managed Care Team.
