Job summary

Ensign Services, Inc. is seeking a Credentialing and Support Specialist for the Managed Care Team. This full-time, non-exempt role handles initial credentialing and re-credentialing across locations, coordinating with legal, HR, and compliance to verify information.

You will interact with health plans and external partners, ensure timely credentialing processes, and support contract-related administrative tasks in a fast-paced post-acute care environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure credentialing applications meet regulations and policies.
• Coordinate credentialing and re-credentialing across locations.
• Serve as liaison between entities and health plan partners.
• Support contracting with administrative tasks and project work.
• Maintain credentialing databases and important documentation.
• Represent the company professionally with health plans and partners.
• Assist with contract summaries and cataloging tasks.
• File and maintain the contract database with Contract Resources.
• Provide administrative support including meeting notes and inbox processing.
• Maintain state licenses, CLIA, COIs, surveys, and related docs.
