Job summary

Ensign Services, Inc. is seeking a full-time Credentialing and Support Specialist for our Managed Care Team. This role handles credentialing and re-credentialing for locations across the organization and acts as a liaison with health plan partners.

Remote-eligibility is available to candidates in North Carolina or Florida. The ideal candidate has strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office and PDF editing, and can manage multiple markets and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Guarantees full compliance with policies, procedures, bylaws, rules and regulations for credentialing.
• Ensures all credentialing applications and requirements are processed per regulations.
• Ensures timely flow of credentials information to meet deadlines.
• Coordinates with Legal, HR and Compliance to verify information.
• Maintains copies of licenses, CLIAs, COIs, surveys and other credentialing documents.
• Coordinates and maintains the credentialing management database.
• Represents facilities and the company professionally to health plans and partners.
• Supports special projects including contract summaries and contract catalogue.
• Coordinates with Contract Resources to file and maintain contract database.
