Job summary

Ensign Services, Inc. seeks a Credentialing and Support Specialist for its Managed Care Team. This full-time role handles credentialing and re-credentialing across locations, coordinating with health plans and internal departments to ensure compliance and timely processing.

The candidate will maintain credentialing documentation, support contract-related projects, and act as the liaison with health plan partners and facilities, ensuring professional representation.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of credentialing and contracting experience preferred in Senior Living/Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care.
• Ability to manage multiple markets and facilities with strong project management.
• Experience with credentialing concepts, practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with policies, bylaws, rules and regulations for initial and re-credentialing.
• Process credentialing applications and required documents in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with Legal, HR and Compliance to verify information.
• Maintain credentialing documentation and databases.
• Represent facilities professionally to health plans and external partners.
• Provide administrative support and assist with contract summaries and catalogues.
