Job summary

My Amazon Guy is seeking a Creator Partnerships Manager to build and manage creator relationships across the brand portfolio, driving awareness, content creation, and revenue growth.

This hands-on role owns the end-to-end creator partnership process, from finding creators to negotiating campaigns, coordinating deliverables, and tracking performance.

You will work remotely in EST hours, collaborate with internal teams, and expand a reliable creator network for multiple brands.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing or creator partnerships.
• Proven experience sourcing, contacting, negotiating with influencers.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience coordinating collaborations and managing multiple relationships.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to influencers and creators who align with assigned brands.
• Build and maintain relationships to support ongoing collaborations.
• Negotiate terms, rates, deliverables, and timelines.
• Coordinate onboarding, seeding, content submissions, approvals, and requirements.
• Manage creator communications to ensure timely deliverables.
• Monitor activity and performance to identify high-performing partners.
• Maintain a database of creator contacts and collaboration status.
