Job summary

OnePay is rapidly expanding its creator marketing program in the United States. We are seeking a Creator Marketing Manager to build and own the end-to-end execution of creator partnerships.

You will maintain content quality, ensure compliance, and nurture creator relations while collaborating with the external agency and our creator lead to keep campaigns on track. You will manage briefs, approvals, and posts, track performance, and surface insights to optimize future partnerships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in creator or influencer marketing, agency or in-house brand
• Experience building processes with external agencies
• Strong instincts for authentic, platform-native creator content
• Exceptional project ownership and proactive planning
• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube content norms and disclosure rules

Responsibilities

• Coordinate campaign execution end-to-end, from brief to publish
• Track deliverables and flag delays early
• Review content for brand, FTC disclosures, and safety compliance
• Route content through legal and compliance with version control
• Build and maintain the creator database with contacts, rates, performance
• Compile post-campaign data and prepare recap reports with insights
• Research potential creator partners aligned to briefs and audience
• Coordinate creator contracts and payments with Legal and Finance
