Job summary

My Amazon Guy is seeking a Creator Partnerships Manager to build and manage creator relationships across the brand portfolio, driving awareness, content creation, and revenue growth.

This hands-on role owns the end-to-end creator partnership process, from finding creators to negotiating campaigns, coordinating deliverables, and tracking performance.

You will work remotely in EST hours, collaborate with internal teams, and expand a reliable creator network for multiple brands.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing or creator partnerships.
• Proven experience sourcing, contacting, negotiating with influencers.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience coordinating collaborations and managing multiple relationships.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

Job description

The Creator Partnerships Manager is responsible for building and managing creator relationships that drive brand awareness, content creation, and revenue growth across My Amazon Guy’s brand portfolio.

This role owns the creator partnership process from start to finish, including finding and reaching out to relevant creators, negotiating collaborations, managing campaigns, coordinating content delivery, and tracking performance. Working directly with creators, affiliates, and internal brand teams, the Creator Partnerships Manager ensures that each partnership aligns with brand goals and delivers measurable results.

The Creator Partnerships Manager will take ownership of creator partnerships as a growth channel. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role for someone who can independently build a creator network, execute campaigns, maintain strong relationships, and continuously improve results.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to influencers and creators who align with assigned brands.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with creators to support ongoing collaborations.
  
• Negotiate partnership terms, rates, deliverables, and timelines.
  
• Coordinate creator onboarding, product seeding, content submissions, approvals, and campaign requirements.
  
• Manage creator communications and follow-ups to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
  
• Monitor creator activity and collaboration results to identify reliable, high-performing partners.
  
• Maintain an organized database of creator contacts, partnership details, and collaboration status.
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or influencer relationship management.
  
• Proven experience sourcing, contacting, negotiating with, and managing influencers or content creators.
  
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  
• Experience coordinating creator collaborations and managing multiple relationships simultaneously.
  
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently.
  
• Familiarity with platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
  
• Ability to build and maintain a reliable network of creators for different brands and product categories.

• A computer with dual monitor setup is required

• Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed
