DEPT® is a Growth Invention company that blends technology and marketing to help the world’s ambitious brands grow faster. We seek a mid-level Creator/Influencer Marketing Manager who can source, cast, and manage creators to deliver authentic content that meets business goals.

You will work with our Creative Team, manage casting strategies, and support with talent outreach, contracts, and content delivery. This hands-on role emphasizes client-facing collaboration and fast-paced project delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in influencer marketing or creator casting within an agency or brand environment.
• Deep knowledge of major social platforms (TikTok, Meta, YouTube, Pinterest, Twitter, Snapchat).
• Experience navigating creator partnerships, casting and vetting creators, and expanding the creator landscape.

Responsibilities

• Source, vet, and present data-informed creator recommendations aligned with brand strategies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with talent, agencies, and managers.
• Maintain internal talent databases and rosters.
• Brief creators, review content for brand compliance, and manage timelines with production teams.
• Serve as direct client point of contact across 5–7 concurrent projects.
• Coordinate legal and financial paperwork, including talent contracts and fee negotiations.
• Track project budgets and pricing strategies with senior leadership guidance.
