Job summary

MyPrize is seeking a Partnerships Manager, Creator & Content to expand and elevate the creator ecosystem, games content portfolio, and strategic partnerships engine that fuels user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.

You will drive growth of the live-streaming creator portfolio, secure high-impact promotions, and manage day-to-day creator and game provider relationships. This role requires strategic thinking and hands-on execution in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in partnerships, creator management, business development, or content strategy within high-growth consumer tech or gaming companies.
• Strong relationship-building skills with creators, studios, and commercial partners.
• Analytical mindset with comfort using data to evaluate creator performance, ROI, and content portfolio impact.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and strategic direction of creator portfolio and content partnerships.
• Build and manage a robust partnerships pipeline across creators, aggregators, brands, and game studios.
• Negotiate promotions, revenue share, and exclusive content opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to launch new games content and creator campaigns.
• Track performance metrics and deliver actionable insights to leadership.
• Maintain data integrity in the partnerships CRM and pipeline.
