Qualifications

• Experience in influencer marketing, outbound sales, recruitment, account management, or business development.
• Ability to manage a pipeline of 50+ creators across outreach, negotiation, and activation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication tailored to diverse creator and agent audiences.

Responsibilities

• Identify emerging creators across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Kick, Twitch, and X.
• Conduct high-volume, personalized outreach and pitching to secure partnerships.
• Lead negotiations and act as the primary point of contact throughout the creator lifecycle.
• Coordinate campaigns with internal teams to ensure timely launches and briefs.
• Maintain CRM records and monitor pipeline activity with speed and accuracy.
