Impact Narrative Media is seeking a producer who treats creator partnerships as real co-production—beyond influencer ad reads. You will source creators across vertical video, podcast, newsletter, and emerging platforms, build briefs, negotiate scope, and shepherd production from pitch through launch.

Qualifications

Four-plus years in creator marketing, talent management, or producer roles at a creator-led shop.
Proven partnerships producing work creators were proud of.
Comfort vetting audience data without becoming dependent on it.
Strong writing skills; briefs are the deliverable.
Willingness to push back on clients when a partnership is wrong.

Responsibilities

We source creators across vertical video, podcast, newsletter, and emerging platforms and build briefs.
Negotiate scope and shepherd production from pitch through launch.
The work is half audience research, half production management.
You will own the relationship with every creator we engage and be their main point of contact.
You will push back on clients when a partnership is not a good fit and document reasons.
