Job summary

Sur Global is seeking a Creator Coordinator to source, onboard, and manage creators for paid social campaigns. You will ensure timely delivery, maintain clear communication, and keep projects organized in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Responsibilities include vetting creators across platforms, managing the full lifecycle (outreach, onboarding, briefing, feedback, payments), and coordinating multiple projects to meet deadlines while upholding creative standards.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in influencer coordination or digital project management.
• Excellent client-facing communication.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• Fluent English communication.
• Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, and current UGC trends.
• Comfortable working remotely with a distributed team.
• Proactive, reliable, and tech-savvy.
• Experience with ClickUp, Google Workspace, Slack.
• Experience with creator databases (Trend or IMAI).
• Can work Central Time with 6+ hours overlap.

Responsibilities

• Source and vet creators across social platforms that align with brand goals.
• Manage the creator lifecycle: outreach, onboarding, briefing, feedback, and payments.
• Coordinate multiple creator projects to meet deadlines and maintain standards.
• Maintain project visibility using ClickUp, Google Workspace, and other tools.
• Communicate with creators daily about briefs, revisions, and deadlines.
• Build long-term creator relationships for ongoing collaborations.
• Collaborate with strategists and PMs to streamline UGC production.
