Qualifications

• 1–2 years in influencer marketing, talent representation, business development, or sales.
• Knowledge of social trends and the creator economy; ability to analyze social metrics.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and vet high-performing creators for branded campaigns.
• Generate creator shortlists and convert them into paid campaigns.
• Facilitate onboarding of creators and ensure campaigns align with workflows.
• Collaborate with Client Services to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Negotiate proposals, agreements, and creator compensation structures.
• Communicate value of branded opportunities to creators through meetings and materials.
• Maintain a living database of creators for engagement and growth.
