Panel is seeking a Creator Success Manager to build and manage a growing book of creators across platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Twitch, Snapchat) and relevant niches. In this entry-level, commission-based role you’ll pitch performance-based deals, educate creators on partnership structures, and learn what makes a great creator relationship while driving measurable outcomes for our clients.

• Find, pitch, and close performance-based deals with creators
• Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for your creators, keeping them informed
• Match creators to the right offers based on audience fit and past performance
• Hit monthly individual profit goals and contribute to team goal attainment
• Monitor creator performance and address issues that impact delivery or results
• Communicate deal terms clearly with creators around deadlines and expectations
• Learn from colleagues and bring knowledge back to your book
