Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a New Media Manager based in the United States (Remote) to expand creator partnerships across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, podcasts, Substack, and Bluesky. You will recruit and engage content creators, manage relationships, and coordinate campaigns from outreach to execution, driving media initiatives and audience growth.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of professional experience in digital media, communications, political campaigns, or creator partnership initiatives.
• Experience with content creators, influencers, or digital talent in professional campaigns or related environments.
• Strong familiarity with major digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, podcasts, Substack, Bluesky).
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with ability to track multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and establish partnerships with content creators and emerging media professionals across multiple platforms.
• Build and manage the creator partnership pipeline from outreach to ongoing relationship management.
• Coordinate creator campaigns, briefs, reviews, approvals, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Maintain creator dashboards, contact databases, and tracking systems; monitor performance and progress.
