Job summary
Dr. Jen Oral Care is a family-founded oral care brand seeking a Social Media Manager to run influencer and creator programs and manage social content for TikTok, Meta and YouTube. You will source creators, distribute samples, collect videos, and coordinate with the ads team.

Qualifications
- Experience running influencer or creator programs from outreach to finished video.
- Partnerships or affiliate program experience.
- Hands-on experience managing social media content on TikTok, Meta and YouTube.
Responsibilities
- Find and vet creators through our program; access to influencers.
- Contact creators and invite them to receive product samples.
- Track creator conversations, samples, deadlines, and follow up on late videos.
- Route videos to the ads team or post on our channels.
- Manage social media content across TikTok, Meta and YouTube.
- Run our affiliate program and turn top creators into long-term partners.
- Learn about customers and the dental market to reflect real needs in content.
