Cardiff, a US-based company, seeks a strategic Director of Partnerships to lead and scale our creator acquisition, influencer relations, and performance-driven content ecosystem. This executive role bridges relationship management with performance marketing to drive profitable, scalable partnerships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading creator partnerships, influencer programs, or UGC production in a high-growth DTC brand or agency.
• Proven track record with large marketing budgets and licensing agreements.
• Strong knowledge of direct-response marketing metrics and creative testing.
• Understanding of IP law, digital copyright, FTC compliance, and ad rights management.
• Ability to liaise across creative, growth marketing, finance and legal teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute creator partnerships roadmap to feed direct-response assets into paid channels.
• Oversee creator discovery, relationship management, and community-building across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube.
• Establish SOPs for onboarding, seeding, fulfillment, and asset turnaround.
• Build ambassador relationships for ongoing content pipelines.
• Negotiate enterprise-level deals including licensing, exclusivity, and usage rights with legal coordination.
• Manage budgets and measure asset-level ROI, reducing CAC.
• Collaborate with Performance Media, Brand, and Creative Strategy to develop high-converting briefs.
• Ensure QA on direct-response fundamentals and strong CTAs.
• Direct creators and editors on asset iterations to maximize longevity.
• Direct DAM access and monitor ad performance metrics to inform casting.
