Envato is a remote-first company that values flexibility as we scale our creator, affiliate, and partner marketing programs across global channels. You will lead partnerships with YouTube creators and performance publishers to grow growth engine.

You’ll own briefs, deals, licensing, attribution, and performance reporting that turn content into evergreen revenue, while leveraging data to optimize performance and inform strategy. This role supports Envato’s global growth and creative ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Experience building or scaling creator, affiliate, or partner marketing programs in tech, digital product, marketplace, or high growth environments.
• Commercially sharp with ability to negotiate creator agreements that work for everyone.
• Comfortable using data to understand performance and make decisions without perfect dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale the creator marketing program across YouTube, performance creators, and affiliate publishers.
• Find the right partners, build lasting relationships, and create a commercially sound approach to creator activity.
• Own the briefs, deals, licensing, attribution, and performance reporting that turn content into an evergreen growth engine.
