Job summary

RYZE Inc. is seeking a Creator Partnerships & Growth Manager to scale TikTok Shop revenue with top-tier creators. You will own GMV, impressions, and retention, building a pipeline of high-potential partners and negotiating ROI-driven deals.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration, manage contracts, and provide regular performance reporting to optimize investment and growth across the creator ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in influencer marketing with a track record of driving revenue or impressions.
• Experience negotiating creator or talent contracts with data-driven ROI.
• Strong understanding of TikTok Shop dynamics and creator investment strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; confident representing the brand to high-profile talent.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, activate, and manage a high-potential creator pipeline for TikTok Shop.
• Grow top-tier creator roster to 100+ active partners based on GMV and impressions.
• Set investment-tier criteria using performance data and build business cases for deals.
• Negotiate commission, retainers, bonuses, exclusivity, and usage rights with creators.
