Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an experienced Director of Creative Performance in the United States to lead paid acquisition creative strategy and drive profitable growth across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other channels. You will transform customer insights into compelling advertising concepts, oversee the entire creative performance process from briefing to production, testing, and optimization.

You will work with Growth, Brand, Design, and Product teams to build a pipeline of high-performing assets,

Qualifications

• 8+ years in performance creative, strategy, or growth marketing.
• Experience leading creative teams and external production partners.
• Proven success developing ad concepts for profitable customer acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a prioritized creative testing roadmap across channels.
• Translate insights into actionable creative strategies.
• Lead external partners and manage production resources.
• Establish QA processes and track performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Growth, Brand, Design and Product teams.
